According to Zubiri, the word "emet" that signifies truth derives from the Hebrew verb "aman" that means to have confidence or security.  Hence the word Amen: 'so be it'.

We should ask ourselves: Is the military and police aparatus of the Security State a true friend of the Hondurans in whom we can have confidence and security?
